Flanges

Here at PKR Ltd we can supply flanges as individual products.

We produce cardboard, plywood, plastic and MDF flanges to a range of diameters and specifications.

Our standard flanges are circular but bespoke shapes and designs can be catered for.

Cardboard Flanges

We use a range of card types for our cardboard flanges, our standard is plain unlined chipboard. We also stock single and double sided white card and poly coated card which is generally used for our printed flanges. In addition we also utilise brown kraft, fluted and yellow cards.

Flange thicknesses range between 1.9mm and 3.9mm as standard with flange diameters ranging from 80mm up to 650mm (depending upon the thickness of the card).

Plywood Flanges

As standard our plywood flanges come in thicknesses of 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 18mm and 24mm. Diameters can range from 150mm to 1000mm plus.

Plastic Flanges

As standard our plastic flanges come in thicknesses of 3mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 15mm, 19mm and 24mm. Diameters can range from 150mm to 1000mm plus.

MDF Flanges

As standard our MDF flanges come in thicknesses of 6mm and 18mm. Diameters can range from 150mm to 600mm plus.
