Louvred Metal Cup Reel (LMCR)

This type of cardboard reel or spool is used for lightweight products and consists of 2 cardboard flanges, 2 metal cups and a cardboard tube.

The card flanges are 1.9mm to 3.3mm thick as standard with diameters ranging from 150mm to 350mm.

The standard metal cup is 70mm diameter but 50mm, 76mm and 95mm diameters are available.

Cardboard tube lengths range from 50mm up to 500mm.

The cardboard LMCR can be supplied in kit form or assembled.
