Flanges(Card, Plywood, MDF, Plastic)
A minimum of two flanges along with a barrel form the basis of every reel.
We manufacture cardboard, plywood, MDF and plastic flanges in house.
The flanges can include any required center holes, drive holes or slots etc.
Our flanges can also be printed or stencilled
Metal Stampings
Metal stampings hold together our card metal stamping reels (MSRs) and plywood MSRs
Our metal stampings can have lengths ranging from 90mm to 457mm with either 2 or 3 prongs on their ends and are manufactured in house.
Metal Cylinders / Tins
Used as the barrels for our cardboard BMCR reels.
We supply beaded and unbeaded cylinders in a range of standard sizes:

The cylinders can be made with or without a hole. The holes are used by auto winders to wind your product onto the reel. The standard hole sizes available are:
Small hole - 14mm diameter, Large hole - 20mm diameter, Slot - 18mm x 100mm
Cardboard Tubes
Used as barrels in the construction of a number of our cardboard and plywood reels.
The barrels can be notched with a 15mm, 30mm, 40mm or 50mm notch
Used in-place of a plywood barrel for plywood reels when the barrel shape needs to be perfectly round
Available in various diameters, lengths and thicknesses
Metal Cups
Used to hold together our Metal Cup Reels
The metal cups come in various sizes and configurations:

Other Reel Fixings
Plastic plugs and snap rings
These are used in the construction of our plastic plug reels and snap ring reels respectively
The plastic plugs are available in diameters of 19mm or 25mm
The snap rings are available in a diameter of 38mm
